2023 NHSTRA Late Model Battle for the Belt Races

BATTLE FOR THE BELT EVENTS:

7/14/2023 - Lee USA Speedway

7/28/2023 - Claremont Motorsports Park

8/12/2023 - Monadnock Speedway

8/20/2023 - Hudson Speedway (Championship Event)

ALL BATTLE FOR THE BELT STREET STOCK EVENTS WILL BE A NASCAR POINT RACE AT EACH TRACK. COMPETITORS WILL NEED TO HAVE A VALID NASCAR LICENSE OR A VALID NASCAR “TEMP” LICENSE (AVAILABLE AT EACH TRACK) PLUS THE BATTLE FOR THE BELT REGISTRATION FEE $30. REGISTRATION FEES GO TOWARDS THE BATTLE FOR THE BELT POINT FUND. POINT FUND DISTRIBUTED TO THE TOP 10 WHO HAVE COMPETED IN A MINIMUM OF 3 BELT RACES.

BASE PAYOUT (BASED ON 25 CARS):1st-$1000, 2nd-$500, 3rd-$425, 4th-$300, 5th-$275, 6th-$250, 7th-$225, 8th-$200, 9th-$175 & 10th-$150 and 11th thru 25th -$100. IF 25 OR LESS CARS REGISTER AT THE EVENT TO COMPETE, THE PAYOUT WILL BE ADJUSTED ACCORDINGLY.

Qualifying Format: **Time Trials. Time Trial lineup will be determined by times in the last practice round.

Starting Line Up: Inversion Draw (number to be determined by car count). Fan to draw inversion number. 

**If more cars show up than available starting positions, procedure will be modified to lock in the top 16 by time, 2 NHSTRA provisionals and the rest from a B-Main**

Competitors must fill out a NHSTRA Battle for the Belt registration form for each track. Car must be legal for the NHSTRA Late Model division. Must have valid NASCAR License.
